is seeking a patent attorney with an electrical engineering or computer science degree and 3-6 years of experience with patent litigation, patent clearance and validity, and patent application preparation and prosecution. The focus of the open position at Brooks Kushman will be primarily patent litigation. Candidates should have an excellent academic background, excellent analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment.
