Faegre Baker Daniels is an Am Law 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Europe, and China. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in growing our existing Colorado trademark, copyright, and advertising practice. Successful candidates should have experience in trademark advice, counseling, and prosecution, preferably with TTAB experience. Experience with copyright, advertising, licensing and privacy matters is a plus. Candidates also should have strong academic credentials, writing skills, and professional recommendations.
