The firm’s growing Patents & Prosecution Practice Area, which currently includes ten USPTO registered patent attorneys and agents, focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications as well as litigation support for a broad range of clients that include national Fortune 100 companies.
The firm seeks to attract highly qualified candidates interested in working in a sophisticated law practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in Upstate New York. Candidates must have a minimum of three to five years experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications and be registered to practice before the USPTO. While qualified candidates of all technical disciplines will be considered, backgrounds and/or significant patent drafting and prosecution experience in electrical engineering, physics, mechanical engineering and computer science/software are preferred.
