has an immediate opportunity available for attorneys in our Intellectual Property Department in the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio offices. IP Candidates must have 2 or more years of law firm experience to do patent application preparation and prosecution, litigation and transactional work. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science or physics preferred. Candidates should be licensed to practice in Ohio and before the USPTO. All candidates must have a strong academic background and possess excellent communication skills.
