is a rapidly growing, but currently small boutique patent law firm located in New York, NY seeking associates and patent agents to join our practice. We are looking for talented and motivated attorneys and patent agents that will work closely with our attorneys in the preparation of all documents related to US and foreign patent applications for our clients. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, colleges and universities, and high-tech startups. While no prior experience in patent law is required, the applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and must be able to sit for the patent bar.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will also have taken the patent bar or a patent bar review course. However, a talented applicant that plans on becoming a registered patent agent will also be considered.
This is a full-time position. No part-time position will be considered.
