We are seeking resumes from experienced patent attorneys or agents having at least 3-6 years of experience. At least two new associates will be hired - one having a background in EE/CS and the other in biochemistry or a related field. I can’t quite understand what is going on at Congress. There’s not a lobby for “frivolous litigation” and that is how the conversation has been captured, so that’s part of the reason why “reform” is moving forward… I hope they listen to Kappos, who said to go slow…
