The Patent Prosecution and Counseling group in the DC office of Venable LLP seeks a patent agent or an associate attorney with a PhD or significant technical experience in molecular biology or biochemistry. Patent bar and 2-5 years law firm and/or in-house prosecution experience required. Must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
