Hawley Troxell 
is seeking an experienced patent attorney to join its rapidly growing patent law practice. Work will include domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, patent portfolio management, infringement and invalidity investigations and opinions, and client counseling. Client in-take and counseling is also anticipated.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. patent prosecution and have drafted more than 20 patent applications during the last 3 years. A Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, is required. Experience in foreign prosecution, electronic filing, and opinion work is also highly desired. The desire and ability to work across multiple disciplines, including Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Semiconductors, Business Methods, and/or Medical Devices, is also preferred.
