Faegre Baker Daniels is an Am Law 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Europe, and China. Our IP practice includes all areas of intellectual property law for a national and international client base. Successful candidates will have 2+ years patent drafting and prosecution experience, a technical degree in electrical engineering, and be a member of the patent bar. Experience with radio frequency communication is a plus. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials and have strong written and oral communications skills.
