Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, P.C., a growing business law firm headquartered in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Technical Specialist, Registered Patent Agent, or Patent Associate, in particular candidates having a degree in the field of computer software and with experience patenting software technologies, as well as some experience with mechanical/electrical devices.
There is no expectation that the Technical Specialist or Patent Agent will attend law school. Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and organizational skills are required.
