recently voted the best law firm in Northern Virginia for the second consecutive year, is seeking to hire an energetic and diligent patent litigation associate with excellent brief writing service skills and a positive attitude to join the firm's patent litigation group.
To be considered, applicants must be admitted to practice in one or more jurisdictions, in good standing with no disciplinary history, and have at least 2 to 5 years of relevant patent litigation experience in federal court. Admission to the patent bar is preferred but not required.
Applicants must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Leesburg or Richmond VA, be willing to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrate exceptional research and writing skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of projects. We offer a friendly, professional boutique firm environment (although we are rapidly growing), and associates enjoy considerable autonomy.
