The Alexandria office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC has an immediate opening for an Electrical Patent Associate/Agent with 3-5 years of patent experience. Qualified candidates must have extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for software-related inventions, excellent writing skills, and a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. The preferred office is Alexandria, but we are open to considering satellite locations. Candidates must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
