Toler Law Group, PC is seeking a patent attorney with 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. We prefer candidates to have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Physics, and candidates with corporate R&D or engineering experience. We are also interested in candidates with IPR and PTAB experience. We provide IP services to some of the world's most sophisticated technology companies.
Requirements + Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution (required)
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Physics (required)
- J.D. from an accredited law school (required)
- Candidate must be in good standing with the USPTO (required)
- Engineering experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in Austin, TX
