The Washington, DC office of Venable LLP is looking for a registered patent agent or specialist with technical experience or an advanced degree to join our Patent Prosecution group. Candidates must be admitted to the patent bar and/or have two to five years’ experience handling multi-national large patent portfolios. Qualified candidates will have a background in software or computer science. Excellent academic credentials and great communication skills required. USPTO experience preferred.
