Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is seeking an additional Patent Attorney specializing in Organic Chemistry to join our Milwaukee, Madison, Waukesha, or Chicago office. We will also consider Patent Agents, Patent Scientists (non-JDs), and Technical Specialists.
Candidates must have an advanced degree specifically in Organic Chemistry (PhD and/or Master's Degree), and small molecule knowledge with related patent experience.
At least two years of firm experience are required. Admission to the Patent Bar is preferred, and patent prosecution experience is required.
