This position requires an attorney with a minimum of three years’ experience in patent preparation and prosecution, and a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include significant client contact and a diverse range of work, including analysis and opinion work, patent preparation and prosecution. UPSTO registration and admission to a state bar is required.
