Eckert Seamans seeks a motivated associate attorney or patent agent to join their growing Intellectual Property team in their Pittsburgh office. Applicant must have an electrical engineering degree. The ideal candidate will be a member of the patent bar and a member in good standing with a State Bar with 1-4 years of experience drafting and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in the electrical arts and related technologies. However, patent agent, law school student, and entry level applicants with an electrical engineering degree will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
