Cantor Colburn LLP, a large law firm, is seeking a patent attorney in biotechnology.The successful candidate will have at least 3 years and preferably 3 – 6 years of experience with the preparation and prosecution of biotech-related patent applications as well as patentability, state-of-the-art, infringement, validity search and analyses, and opinion work. An advanced degree or equivalent experience in biochemistry, immunology, cell/molecular biology, biotechnology, and/or life sciences is required. Ph.D. candidates preferred.
Candidates must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and be admitted to a state bar.
