Banner Witcoff is seeking a trademark attorney having about 5 – 10 years experience with trademark prosecution, counseling, and enforcement, as well as experience handling matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), for its Chicago, IL or Washington, DC offices. Banner Witcoff is open to considering remote candidates. Patent bar eligibility is preferred but not required.
