Kennedy Lenart Spraggins LLP has an opening for a registered U.S. patent attorney or patent agent to join our growing practice as a full-time associate. The position can be located remotely or in the Austin, TX office. Primary responsibilities will include preparing & prosecuting patent applications. Additional responsibilities may include client interface opportunities, docket management, work product and quality control review, and so on.
Requirements for an ideal candidate include a B.S. or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or physics and at least two years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Excellent attention to detail as well as superb writing and communication skills are necessary.
