Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a junior to mid-level Associate to join the IP Litigation Team of the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group. This position may be located in Northern California, with a preference for Silicon Valley.
Candidates must have 1-5 years of IP Litigation experience. Ideal candidates will have experience with all aspects of IP Litigation, including briefing and motions practice, taking depositions, working with experts, patent office proceedings, trial proceedings, etc. Candidates with an engineering or computer science degree who are admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to the USPTO and/or with demonstrated experience litigating EE/CS technologies will be given priority. Candidates must also be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible in California. We seek candidates who are driven, possess a desire to develop and invest in their careers and the Firm, and demonstrate superior client service skills. Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.
