Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly qualified Patent Prosecution Associate or Patent Agent to join the Intellectual Property practice. This position is open to any WBD office. The Associate/Patent Agent will be a member of the Software/Electrical Engineering Team and will need to have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or the like. Preference for candidates with electrical engineering experience. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.
Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and have 2-6 years of legal experience. Bar licensure in California is a plus.
