Crowell & Moring LLP, seeks a highly qualified Associate to join our Patent & ITC Litigation practice group in our Washington, D.C. or New York office.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of patent litigation experience from a nationally-recognized law firm. Candidates must have an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science/engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, or similar education/experience. Candidates should have experience conducting research assignments, drafting pleading, motions and briefs, preparing discovery documents, and taking/defending fact and expert depositions. Prior experience with Section 337 Investigations before the International Trade Commission is required. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organization, writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be members in good standing of the NY or D.C. Bar, or eligible to waive in where applicable.
