Pramudji Law Group is currently seeking a patent attorney/agent with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics or Physics. In particular, we are seeking someone to add to our team who has industry experience or patent prosecution experience in computer architecture, computer hardware systems, or semiconductor technology (e.g., chip design, processing, packaging and assembly).
Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience in drafting patent applications. Candidates must have excellent writing skills, effective interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
This position entails drafting and prosecuting patent applications, performing invalidity and infringement analysis.
This position may be part-time or full-time. Although our office is located in Houston Texas, telecommuting or working remotely/virtually is definitely an option.
