Barclay Damon, a large law firm, is seeking an IP Litigation Associate to work in Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, Boston or New Haven.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of patent litigation or significant federal court litigation experience, including discovery and motion practice. Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State and have strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills. The firm’s Syracuse office preferred but not required.
