Barclay Damon, a large law firm, is seeking a Trademarks & Copyrights Attorney to work in Syracuse, Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, Boston, or New Haven.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in New York State, Connecticut, or Massachusetts and have strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a cover letter, resume, transcript, and writing sample in confidence. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in US and international trademark clearance, counseling, enforcement, and prosecution. Prior experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board is not necessary but preferred
