Cantor Colburn LLP, a large law firm, is seeking a Patent Attorney or Agent in organic chemistry.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Two or more years of experience as an attorney or agent drafting and globally prosecuting patent applications in chemical and material sciences, particularly in polymers or small molecules is preferred. The firm will offer training for candidates with less than two years’ experience and candidates at all experience levels are encouraged to apply. A Ph.D. (preferred) or Masters in organic chemistry is required. Candidates registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and attorney candidates admitted to a state bar are preferred.
