We are seeking a talented and experienced senior patent attorney to join our team at Neustel Law Offices (www.neustel.com). As a remote contract employee, you will have the flexibility to choose a full-time or part-time schedule that works best for you. We are also open to considering lateral hires for this role.
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing patent applications for small to mid-sized companies, and may also have the opportunity to assist with patent litigation matters if you have experience in that area. You will work with a variety of leading electrical and mechanical technology companies and have the opportunity to utilize our innovative proprietary technology in a collaborative work environment.
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering and a minimum of 20 years of high quality patent prosecution experience. Compensation for this role ranges from $200 to $300 per hour, depending on your experience and the quality of your work product.
