Weaver Austin Villeneuve & Sampson LLP is seeking lateral patent agents, patent engineers and patent attorneys with at least two years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Applicants should have a background in computer science, computer engineering and/or electrical engineering. We are particularly interested in practitioners with advanced degrees or industry experience with 5G telecommunications, audio and video signal processing, integrated circuit design/architecture, database systems or statistical analysis. We are seeking motivated applicants who want a full-time position and full workload.
