The Webb Law Firm is seeking a lateral patent attorney/patent agent with mechanical engineering experience to assist with our growing intellectual property practice, which services clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups.
Applicants should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution. There will be opportunities to focus on other areas of IP law, such as Opinion drafting and Due Diligence projects, if desired.
A bachelor's degree or an advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field, is desired.
PA Registration (in good standing) is required for Attorney applicants.
USPTO Registration (in good standing) is required.
