Primary responsibilities of the position include patent preparation, prosecution and portfolio management for technologies in the fields of chemistry, physics and biotechnology, with opportunities for intellectual property transactional work and due diligence.
Requirements include an advanced degree in physics or chemistry with 2-6 years of experience as a USPTO registered patent attorney and license to practice in Colorado (or ability to become licensed in Colorado).
