Get a Job doing Patent Law
On that “Troll” story, it turns out that a judge and jury have already found Apple guilty of patent infringement, and yet the patent owner nevertheless still labelled a troll while Apple is not labelled a pirate.
The use of epithets to label people has a long history, and is especially used in time of war to incite hatred. Also, throughout history, important and powerful women have been called prostitutes or worse by their political opponents. We may not be able to stop this abusive practice by everyone, once and for all. But let us just observe that there is one politician this election cycle that has resorted to it time and again, and you know who that is. Perhaps in the future we can refer to the practices by reference to this politician so that people will know just how most of us feel about it?
That Chisum patent academy sounds like a great deal.

Imprisoned s00per serious patriot, Ryan Bundy: My rights are being violated. My right to life is being violated. All of my First Amendment rights are being violated. My right to freedom of religion is being violated. I cannot participate in religious activities and temple covenants, and wear religious garments…. My right to freedom of speech is being hampered by monitoring and recording. My right to freedom of assembly is being violated. My Second Amendment rights are being violated. I never waived that right.
Oh my. Just wait until he hears about inter partes review!
