Job Description: Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC, a 40-attorney, dynamic, full service intellectual property law firm with offices in Bloomfield Hills, Washington, DC and Salt Lake City (www.raderfishman.com), is seeking a highly motivated, registered patent attorney with a substantial background in chemistry, chemical engineering or a closely related science and at least 2 to 5 years of applicable legal experience for its Washington, DC Office. The ideal candidate will have strong academic and professional credentials, work well in a team setting and be interested in a supportive environment to refine and develop new skill sets. Opportunities will include patent prosecution; patentability, infringement and validity analysis; drafting and negotiating various agreements; handling IP issues regarding strategic and other M&A investments; assertion and licensing work; and litigation.
