Dish Network (Denver, Colorado) is seeking a Patent Counsel with at least 5 years of experience in foreign patent preparation and prosecution. Primary job duties include preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, providing infringement and clearance options, assisting with licensing, due diligence, opinions and management and prosecution of patent applications by outside counsel. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, as well as a law degree from an ABA accredited law school, and admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney.
