The position will provide the opportunity to work on a wide variety of patent prosecution, opinion, litigation and counseling matters in the electrical and computer arts with quality domestic and foreign clients. The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering and/or computer engineering/science and have 3-6 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Superior academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
