The Colorado office of Cooley LLP is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience in patent prosecution. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background in the area of Electrical Engineering, Physics or Mechanical Engineering. Excellent writing and academic credentials required. Applicants must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. This position will also include opportunities to work with our fast-paced IP litigation group. Litigation experience not required.
