Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, a progressive Law Firm in Radnor, PA, seeks a Litigation Attorney to represent Intellectual Property clients.
Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day litigation of complex Intellectual Property matters
• Develop strategic and tactical thinking abilities in the course of litigating cases
• Assist with the management of clerical staff to ensure support work is completed promptly and correctly
• Work among a small team of prestigious Attorneys
Qualifications:
• Candidates should have at least 4-6 years of complex Intellectual Property litigation experience
• Must have excellent credentials and writing ability
• Deposition and/or courtroom experience preferred
• Experience with Electronic discovery issues preferred
• Bachelor’s degree and/ or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
• Strong technical competencies required
• Must have ability to work independently with a minimum of oversight; creative thinking encouraged
• Ability to work in a professional manner and manage fast-paced environment with a consistently calm, positive demeanor required
• Proficiency in or advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
