The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in patent preparation/prosecution and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, drafting patent applications and prosecution-related documents, preparing noninfringement, invalidity, and patentability opinions, and counseling clients on various intellectual property issues. Candidates must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The firm's electrical/computer patent work includes technologies related to the full spectrum of electrical engineering, computer systems, software, business methods, and e-commerce.
