Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. (WHD), one of Wisconsin’s leading business law firms, seeks a full-time Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property Practice Group in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years of prosecution experience and hold a degree in computer science, electrical engineering or physics. An advanced degree is preferred. Additionally, we seek an individual with previous practical experience working in the field of your technical expertise. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are required. All applicants must be admitted to the USPTO or willing to sit for the exam.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for the ideal candidate to work with experienced practitioners across various offices (as well as the opportunity to work with attorneys in our Patent Litigation group in support of patent litigation matters). WHD prepares and prosecutes patent applications in a range of industries, including computer science, electronics, semiconductors, telecommunications, life sciences and biotechnology, medical devices and consumer products.
