is seeking patent attorneys with 1-3 years of experience. We are interested in candidates with computer science, mechanical,industrial systems and electrical engineering; and physics backgrounds. The successful candidate will handle direct client contact in all phases of patent practice, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, performing non-infringement and invalidity assessments, conducting patentability analyses, as well as client counseling centered around patent portfolio development and US and foreign filing strategies. The firm requires excellent academic credentials and prior technical experience. We handle a very busy practice, and serve a significant Silicon Valley and foreign client base.
