Winstead PC 
is seeking to hire a Patent Agent having a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the fields of software, electrical engineering and digital telecommunications. Must have passed the USPTO patent bar.
Experience Required
- 2-3 years of “substantial” patent preparation and prosecution of matters "originating" in the US from disclosure through allowance, including interfacing with inventors
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Elect. Eng., Computer Eng., or a comparable engineering background is preferred. Telecommunications experience, software patent experience and/or actual engineering experience is a plus.
