Epiq Systems is assisting a client who is seeking a DC licensed attorney to work in their DC office for approximately 3 months (the firm is considering making this position permanent). They are seeking an attorney with the following experience. If you meet the criteria, please submit your resume in Word format. Please also let us know your available start date.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years patent prosecution experience.
- Some patent litigation experience preferred.
- Electrical Engineering background preferred.
- Experience with a patent docket and familiarity with how to complete the necessary forms.
- Active DC Bar
- Active Patent Bar
Position Details
- Pay: $65/hr (flat rate)
- Hours: anticipated 40 hours a week, but possibility more as the case load would dictate
- Duration: Anticipated 3 months with the possibility of being a temp-to-perm position
