a growing full-service intellectual property law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join its IP litigation team in Rancho Bernardo, California. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Applicants must have at least 3 years of prior IP litigation experience. Candidates must have experience drafting pleadings, motions, participating in all aspects of discovery, preparing for and taking/defending depositions, and trial preparation. Candidates must also be highly driven, have strong writing and communication skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and be motivated to provide top-quality work product.
