
Candidates must have at least an M.S. degree in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry, OR a Bachelor’s degree with significant organic chemistry experience in a corporation or laboratory; a strong technical understanding of the issues of formulations/organic chemistry; plus 3 to 5 years of prosecution experience. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills. Prior U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) work experience, while not required, is highly preferred.
