seeks a patent agent with at least one year of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications. Registration to practice before the USPTO is required. The primary responsibilities for this position include preparing and filing patent applications in the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and prosecution of foreign patent applications to early stage medical device, medical diagnostic and biotech companies. Qualified candidates will also have an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering.
