Seeking associates with at least two to three years' experience in patent procurement (prosecution). Duties to include patent application preparation and prosecution and client counseling (including opinion preparation). Admission to practice before USPTO and membership in DC bar required (or eligibility to waive into DC bar). Requirements
Candidate must possess an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering and be a registered patent agent. Additionally, candidates must be a member of the DC bar. If not already a member of the DC bar, then the candidate must be eligible to waive into the DC bar. Experience in writing and prosecuting patent applications is required.
