AT&T 
seeks a motivated, self-reliant, experienced patent litigation attorney in its Legal Department in Dallas, Texas. The attorney will be responsible for handling a diverse, challenging patent litigation docket. The attorney is expected to actively supervise outside counsel, participate in all aspects of trial preparation, including the development of litigation strategies, the marshalling of evidence and the selection of witnesses and experts.
Our patent cases are located throughout the country and some travel is required. Excellent academic credentials, a minimum of 5 years of patent litigation experience, and a valid bar membership are required.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, computer and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management and to work independently and collaboratively. A technical background or PTO admission is a plus. Must be willing to relocate. Interested candidates must provide: a resume, two writing samples, references, copy of law school and undergraduate transcripts verifying degrees, grades and class rank, and proof of good standing in a state bar organization.
