seeks patent attorneys with degrees in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering. The patent attorney will be responsible for preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the software and electrical arts.
Admission into a state bar and registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office are preferred. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills required.
Flexible Work Environment: Patent attorney may work in our Austin or Houston offices. Possible option to telecommute from other locations depending on experience level.
