The Intellectual Property group at Sutherland is seeking a second to fourth year Associate or Patent Agent experienced in patent preparation and prosecution. Candidates should be members of the Patent Bar and have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an associated discipline. Relevant technological experience with software, semiconductor process and integration, cloud computing, network technologies, digital imaging, wireless communications, and/or consumer electronics is preferred. Excellent academics are required.
