Small group of Virginia based IP attorneys (patent and trademark) looking for another small group for possible merger/establishment of new non-traditional small firm. Small group has seven figure collective billables. Attorneys in group must all be in good standing with the bar of at least one state and have excellent professional reputations. Each attorney is expected to have sufficient portables to support his/her income and administrative needs as well as contribute to group overhead (e.g., malpractice insurance, bookkeeping/accounting, some marketing, web site).
